RevoPlan ("RevoPlan", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, based in Pune, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, applications, and AI-assisted 3D design services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

RevoPlan is the India partner of AiHouse, which provides the underlying 3D design platform that powers our Service. RevoPlan operates the Indian catalogue and design library, and directly manages your customer account, billing, and support. Because AiHouse provides the technology that renders and processes your designs, your project content and related account data are shared with AiHouse as our platform provider, which involves a transfer of that data outside India. Section 7 ("How We Share Information") and Section 13 ("International Data Transfers") below describe this in more detail.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information — name, email address, password, company name, and role, provided when you register.
• Project content — floor plans, images, CAD files, 3D models, renders, and design preferences you upload or generate using the Service.
• Billing information — processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and timestamps, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
• Communications — messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Generate and render AI-assisted 3D designs on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
• Improve and personalize the Service, including our AI models
• Measure how the website is used and improve it, using analytics tools
• Show relevant ads for the Service on other websites and platforms, and measure how well those ads work

Project content you upload may be processed by our AI systems, including those provided by AiHouse, to generate layouts, renders, and design suggestions. We do not sell your project content to third parties. Where we use aggregated or de-identified data to improve our AI models, we take reasonable steps to prevent that data from being traced back to you or your projects. You can request that your project content be excluded from model-improvement processes by contacting us using the details below.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to make it work, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, and show relevant ads. Cookies generally fall into four categories:

• AiHouse, as the platform provider that powers our 3D design and rendering technology. This includes project content and related account data, and involves a transfer of data outside India.
• Analytics providers, namely Google, to help us understand and improve how the Service is used.
• Advertising platforms, namely Meta, to show relevant ads for RevoPlan and measure their performance.
• Payment providers, to process your payments securely; we do not store full card details ourselves.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, who store and run the Service on our behalf.
• Team members and collaborators you explicitly invite to a project.
• Legal authorities, where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may show ads for RevoPlan on third-party websites and platforms, including to people who have previously visited our website. This is known as retargeting or remarketing. It works by placing a cookie or similar identifier on your browser when you visit our site, which advertising platforms such as Meta then use to show you RevoPlan ads elsewhere and to measure how effective those ads are.

You can opt out of this in a few ways:

• Decline marketing and advertising cookies in the cookie banner, or change your choice later from the link in the site footer.
• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
• Use the ad-preference controls offered directly by the platforms, such as Meta's ad preferences.

Opting out will not stop you from seeing ads generally, but it will reduce ads that are personalized based on your visit to our site.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not apply a single fixed deletion schedule to all data.
