Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevoPlan, a product of Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("RevoPlan", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and AI-assisted 3D design tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The underlying 3D design platform that powers RevoPlan is provided by AiHouse. RevoPlan is AiHouse's India partner: we operate the Indian catalogue and design library, customer accounts, billing, and support directly, on top of the platform AiHouse provides as the backend.

This means the design experience you use is a combination of two things: AiHouse's platform technology, and the catalogue, content, and service RevoPlan builds and runs on top of it in India. When you have a billing question, a support request, or an account issue, you deal with RevoPlan directly.

Your use of the design platform is additionally subject to AiHouse's applicable platform terms, including its User Service Agreement. The platform itself, and the content libraries, models, and other materials made available through it, are owned by AiHouse and/or 3VJia. You may not copy, modify, duplicate, reprint, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the platform or its content libraries without written authorisation from AiHouse.

Where these Terms and AiHouse's platform terms differ in respect of the platform itself, AiHouse's platform terms govern the platform. These Terms govern everything RevoPlan provides directly: your account with us, our Indian catalogue and design library, billing, and support.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal design, presentation, and business purposes. This license does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself.

You retain ownership of the floor plans, images, and other materials you upload ("Input Content"), as well as the 3D models, renders, and designs generated for your projects ("Output Content"), subject to any third-party rights embedded in materials you upload and to the platform restrictions described in "AiHouse Platform Terms" above. By uploading Input Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload any Input Content, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code of the Service or the AiHouse platform it runs on
• Copy, modify, duplicate, reprint, or redistribute AiHouse's platform content or content libraries without written authorisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Misrepresent generated designs as certified structural, engineering, or code-compliant documents without independent professional review

The Service runs on a third-party design platform provided by AiHouse. As a result, features, specifications, and availability may change from time to time as AiHouse updates its platform, and parts of the Service may occasionally be unavailable while such updates take effect. We will let you know about material changes that affect your use of the Service where practical.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. We bill you directly for your subscription, and our team is your first point of contact for billing and support. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, for periods in which you did not use the Service, or where your access is suspended or terminated under these Terms. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including our website, catalogue, design library, branding, and documentation, is owned by Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. The underlying 3D design platform, its content libraries, and related intellectual property are owned by AiHouse and/or 3VJia, as described in "AiHouse Platform Terms" above.

RevoPlan is a design assistance tool. Outputs — including massing studies, layouts, code-aware suggestions, and renders — are provided for conceptual and presentation purposes and do not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or structural advice. You are responsible for having all designs reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed professional before construction, permitting, or any real-world use.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, misused or abused the Service, attempted to circumvent its technical or usage limits, used it unlawfully, or acted in a way that puts the Service, the AiHouse platform, or other users at risk. We may also do so where we are required to by law or by our platform partner.

We may otherwise suspend or terminate access for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately, no refund is due, and we may delete your account and content in line with our Privacy Policy. Download anything you need before closing your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for construction without professional review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Input Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
